This page describes cookies and browser storage used by golden-radio.com based on the technical setup as of April 14, 2026.
Meta advertising measurement (optional): share public page views, completed firmware downloads, successful installs (including updates), paid purchases, amount, currency and Facebook click ID with Meta to attribute and optimize ads. Uses _fbp and _fbc cookies for up to 90 days. Consent is separate from analytics and can be withdrawn in cookie preferences. Nothing is shared unless you select this box. Purchases are also measured from our server through Meta Conversions API, sharing your email as a SHA-256 hash to match conversions. Withdrawal cancels purchases not yet sent when our server receives it; offline requests are retried.
Meta Privacy PolicyWith analytics consent, optional product measurement uses a random browser identifier and a temporary event queue to measure verified radio connections, aggregate activity time and operation outcomes. It does not collect callsigns, locators, decoded messages, file names, WiFi credentials or licence identifiers. Backend events are retained for 395 days. Withdrawal clears the browser queue and requests deletion of backend product events and pending forwarding; an offline withdrawal is retried after reconnection. Events already sent to PostHog remain subject to the privacy policy. Product-tool pages are excluded from session replay and automatic click capture.

`goldenradio_analytics_consent_v1`: stores whether analytics were accepted or rejected.
`goldenradio_replay_consent_v1`: marks that the analytics consent covers session replay.
`goldenradio_lang`: stores the selected language.
`goldenradio_lang_suggestion_v1`: remembers that you closed the language suggestion.
`goldenradio_payment_confirmed`: session flag used by the payment confirmation flow.
`goldenradio_referral_v1` and `goldenradio_referral_*` keys: used only after analytics consent for browser-side referral attribution.
Backend session cookies for the admin area and referral portal: strictly necessary for authentication and security.
The frontend does not automatically load Google Fonts, third-party flag images, or YouTube thumbnails/metadata.
Browser-side PostHog starts only after explicit analytics consent.
External links such as YouTube, WhatsApp, and driver resources stay inactive until clicked.
You can change your analytics choice at any time. If you reject or revoke consent, the site opts out of PostHog and clears browser-stored referral identifiers.
